We take a lot of care with our delivery process, from the training we provide our team to liaising with you to find the right time to deliver and fit your goods. We’ve been providing outstanding quality home furnishings for over 100 years, and during that time it is safe to say that we have perfected our delivery service, down to the smallest details.

All deliveries are treated as an equal part of the service relationship you have enjoyed through every step of your purchase with Lees. Running a professional, efficient and courteous delivery service isn’t so hard – it comes down to great service provided by a fantastic team. We employ our own full-time dedicated team of skilled delivery technicians who will arrange a date and time to deliver at your convenience.

What if the furniture doesn't fit on delivery?

When you place an order with us, please be aware that it is your responsibility to let us know of any difficulties we may have in delivering to your property – narrow stairs or doorways. We will require safe access o the room of choice, so please ensure the route is clear. If you have any questions or queries about this please contact our showroom on 01472 353251

Please also note that we are only responsible for delivery to your front door, any costs incurred affecting delivery – like the removal of doors or windows – are not the responsibility of Lees Furnishers.

Are you able to deliver outside of mainland UK?

We are able to undertake international deliveries although due to the complexities of international shipping, please contact [email protected] or call 01472 353251 for further information.

Can you take my old furniture away?

We would recommend contacting a local charity who may willing collect any unwanted, reusable furniture for a worthy cause. Alternatively, if you would prefer, we can also arrange collection of any unwanted furniture for a small fee, please contact [email protected] or call 01472 353251 for further information.
